About these terms

These terms explain your use of the ESSEHOME website and purchases from Esse Home Holding Sdn Bhd (“ESSEHOME”, “we”, “us”). Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery information.

Our website lets you explore furniture and continue to our online store to complete a purchase. When you follow a marketplace link, that platform’s checkout, payment and order procedures also apply. Business, export and project orders may have separately agreed written terms.

Orders, prices & payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and check the model, colour, size, quantity, price and delivery total before paying. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have an authorised adult place the order.

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Product prices, stock and offers can change. Checkout displays the applicable delivery charges, discounts, taxes where applicable and final total before payment.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Acceptance is confirmed when we confirm the order for fulfilment. If a product is unavailable or a material pricing error affects your order, we will contact you with the correct details. You may accept the proposed change or cancel for a refund of the affected amount; we will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Payment options available for your order appear at checkout. Instalment and Buy Now Pay Later arrangements are managed by the selected payment provider.

Product information & assembly

Use the measurements and specifications for the selected product and variant. Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting and screen settings. This does not remove your rights if the item is materially different from its description.

Check doorway, lift and room access before ordering. Follow the supplied assembly and care instructions, and ask our team for clarification where needed. Installation is included only when stated in the listing or agreed in your order. Styling accessories are excluded unless expressly included.

Delivery, cancellations & returns

Standard retail delivery covers eligible street addresses in Peninsular Malaysia and is to the GROUND FLOOR ONLY. Upstairs service must be arranged separately and is subject to availability and an additional charge. Delivery coverage and remote-area surcharges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery information. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will help resolve significant delivery delays with you.

Contact us promptly to change or cancel an order. Unprocessed orders can be cancelled without a fee. Where fulfilment has started, we will explain any reasonable, applicable costs before agreeing a cancellation. No cancellation fee applies where the cancellation results from our failure to supply as agreed.

For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, see our Refund Policy and Warranty Claim page. Your legal consumer rights are not limited by a warranty period or by these terms.

Using our website & content

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or submit unlawful content. Keep your account credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Website text, photography, graphics, logos and other materials belong to ESSEHOME or their respective owners. You may view them for personal shopping use. Other reuse requires the relevant owner’s permission.

You retain ownership of feedback and photos you submit. We will seek permission before using identifiable customer content for marketing where required. Please submit only material you are entitled to share and avoid including private details about other people.

External websites and payment or social platforms operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our own obligations to you.

Your rights & resolving concerns

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer guarantees, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999. We do not exclude liability for fraud or other matters that the law does not permit us to exclude.

Malaysian law applies. Please contact us first so we can help resolve a concern. You may also use the applicable consumer complaint channels, the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia where it has jurisdiction, or the courts. These terms do not remove those rights.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised date. Changes apply going forward and do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing confirmed order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
